Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on 02game. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. 02game will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify 02game immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
You agree to keep your account information — including name, address, date of birth, and contact details — current and accurate at all times. Material inaccuracies may result in suspension pending verification or permanent closure of your Account.
02game reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks, including requesting additional documentation, at any time and for any account. Failure to cooperate with such checks within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks, subject to applicable processing times.
5.1 Deposits. All deposits to your 02game Account must be made using payment methods accepted by 02game at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. 02game processes all Pakistani Rupee (PKR) deposits without conversion fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
You may only deposit funds from accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are prohibited and will be returned where reasonably practicable, less any processing fees incurred.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
5.3 Anti-Money Laundering. 02game is obligated to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. We may be required by law to report certain transactions to relevant authorities without notice to the Player.
02game offers various promotional bonuses to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
6.1 General Bonus Conditions.
6.2 Free Bets. Free bets are credited as non-monetary promotional tokens. Any winnings generated from a free bet are credited as real Funds subject to any applicable minimum odds requirements stated in the promotion. The stake value of the free bet itself is not returned as part of any winnings.
6.3 VIP Programme. Participation in the 02game VIP programme is by invitation only. 02game reserves the right to modify the programme structure, benefits, and membership criteria at any time without prior notice. VIP status does not grant any contractual right to specific rewards and may be revoked at our discretion.
7.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on 02game are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. In-play bets are accepted at our discretion and may be suspended at any time without notice. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is not valid until a bet confirmation reference is issued by the Platform.
7.2 Settlement. Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body. In the event of ambiguity or dispute regarding a result, 02game's decision shall be final. Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with our sport-specific rules, which default to voiding all unsettled bets unless a sufficient portion of the event has been completed to produce a deterministic result.
7.3 Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per Player. These limits are posted on the relevant sportsbook pages. 02game reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake or payout available to any Player at any time without giving reasons.
7.4 Casino & Instant Games. All casino and instant game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual outcomes. By participating in any casino game, you accept that results are random and that past outcomes do not affect future results.
7.5 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error affecting the Platform or any individual game, 02game reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected. We will make reasonable efforts to contact affected Players. 02game's liability in the event of a malfunction is limited to the return of the affected stake.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 02game Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

All disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event settlement date. Disputes raised outside this window may not be accepted.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 02game holds its international gaming license.
